Currently I am a PhD student at MILA, University of Montreal and an intern at Element AI. My current work concerns recurrent and sequence generative models, representation learning, and speech recognition and processing.
My undergraduate degree is in solid state physics. Then, I received a master degree in computer science at St Petersburg Academic University. My focus there was on graphical models for rating systems.
Since I started my PhD I worked on end-to-end speech recognition with attention networks and it’s extension for large vocabulary case. In 2016 I did an internship at IBM Watson. And at Facebook AML in 2017. The topics of these internships were domain adaptation and spoken language understanding.
